Farmville Trees

Trees are an ideal crop in that they never wither the same as the seed crops do. A tree will grow up when you plant it on your property. You don’t have to harvest the tree immediately, you can harvest whenever you want to. You can use the trees as decorations to personalize your farm. The downside of planting trees is that they are a poor return if you buy them yourself. Each harvest may just sell for 20-80 coins whereas the tree itself will make you spend 400 coins. You can just wait til you receive trees as free gifts from friends. Another option, you can ask for a specific tree that is offered via the free gift system by posting a sign post on your property.Also bear in mind that trees take many days to grow up. Trees are NOT a quick money maker.
Remember to consider your goals in Farmville when selecting your trees. Maybe you only want to know if it is possible to earn a lot of coins in a short span of time. Do not bother with trees if that is your goal. If if your goal is earn lots of coins plant berries instead. But if you don’t mind waiting if you’re looking to use them as decorations, they’re a perfect choice.
Farmers who leave the game for long periods of time and then come back to it (e.g. a few days or weeks) will also like trees and animals. Seed crops wither while both trees and animals can wait to be harvested. Plan wisely and you’ll never have to clear a whole farm of rotten plants (incredibly dull way to spend an evening)!
